Noob Alliance is handing over its final local team identity to TLQ Esports so the players, supporters, and local competitive story can continue. The move closes Noob Alliance's domestic chapter while allowing the organisation to focus its resources on global competition.

Stepping back from local competition does not mean stepping away from the Sri Lankan esports ecosystem. Noob Alliance has refocused its community mission toward tournament organisers, gamers, creators, and clans - the builders working behind the scenes.
Supporting the people who build the events that grow the scene - from grassroots tournaments to national-level productions.
Backing individual players and content creators who grow audiences, inspire newcomers, and represent Sri Lanka online.
Strengthening the grassroots clans that keep competitive culture alive at the ground level across every title.

The PUBG Mobile team will continue under the full Noob Alliance name on the international circuit. The organisation still owns and operates the roster, with its focus now exclusively on international competition - a move driven by promises made to players, their families, and the organisation itself.

Noob Alliance has announced it is withdrawing from local Sri Lankan esports competition. The organisation has licensed the naming rights of its last remaining local team to TLQ Esports, marking the end of an era of domestic play under the Noob Alliance banner.
But this is not a shutdown. It is a pivot. The organisation's PUBG Mobile roster will continue to compete - not locally, but on the global stage.
